Change of Mind
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. So we request you to inspect the delivery immediately as it received.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Please note NO REFUNDS will be accepted without PRIOR APPROVAL. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned parts, providing the parts are still in SALE-ABLE condition.
To be eligible for a return,
Your item must be in SALE-ABLE condition (new, unaltered, unworn or unused, with tags and with its original packaging (not shipping package)). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check the title of the listing to avoid any picking errors. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is the correct item before cutting, altering or final fitment.

If your return is accepted, Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for payment of all transport and delivery charges for your purchases on the Site. Further, All returns or cancelled orders, not the fault of partsbitz, will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

What is the restocking fee?
A restocking fee is a charge of 25% of the original purchase price applied to products purchased directly from partsbitz.com.au or our partsbitz ebay store and that are returned within the 30-day return policy.
Note: Restocking fees are not applied when a product is returned due to a defect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defect, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do the needful.please inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse the refund on a returned item, if the item is not in Sale-able condition, if the item has been fitted or used, not in original condition, damaged packaging, or missing parts.
If our returns department cannot accept your return, we will return the goods back to you and an additional delivery charge may be incurred.
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
