PARTSBITZ make deliveries in both Australia & World wide.

We are mostly delivering via Australian post and please note if you need to select another courier option or express post, it may incur additional charges. If your delivery method is made by Australia Post, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.  If  another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

Tracking Your Orders

All orders delivered within Australia automatically include tracking details.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for further assistance of tracking at sales@partsbitz.com.au

Shipping Costs via Web Orders

Please note that all freight amounts in the website are estimates only. All amounts are subject to change due to packaging, shipping points, and other factors beyond partsbitz . Please contact partsbitz customer service to receive a more accurate quote prior to checking out.

Free Shipping Exceptions

Oversize/Overweight Items: Some items are not included in our free freight program due to their excessive weight and/or bulkiness. 

Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Business days) – We endeavor to get your orders to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected, but depending on location it is 2-7 days.

Please note our deliveries are leaving on your premises, if no one attended. With "authority to leave" we cannot be held responsible for these goods. If you need signature on delivery, please note it will incur additional $3.50.

***Covid-19 Update***

While there is no delays with our dispatching times, the extended COVID-19 lockdowns, limited flights and high parcel volumes have resulted in many of our courier partners experiencing significant delays in their usual delivery times. In particular, processing facilities have been heavily affected by strict government health and safety requirements, which has contributed to these delivery delays. Australia Post have advised that some Parcel Post deliveries may experience delays in delivery times by an additional 2-5 business days. If your parcel is more than 15 business days late, please lodge a late item enquiry or otherwise contact us via sales@partsbitz.com.au. Our delivery partners and dispatch teams are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Further, Australia post has been advised, express post deliveries "next-business-day guarantee" is suspended until domestic flights return to normal.
